This computing system is operated by El Toro Water District (ETWD) and is for official use only. Unauthorized access, attempted access, or use of any municipal government agency computing system is a violation of Section 502 of the California Penal Code and/or applicable Federal law, and is subject to prosecution. Individuals using this computing system without authority, or in excess of their authority, are subject to having all of their activities on this system monitored and recorded by ETWD's system personnel. In the course of such monitoring, or in the course of system maintenance or trouble shooting, the activities of authorized users may also be monitored. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, further legal action will be taken.
